The girls in the office are super nice, they played a lottery tree game and I won $6 on my ticket! The person before me won also, so that's exciting! The maintenance team is always very responsive. Lived here going around 5 years now, definitely home sweet home.

I’ve lived here for the past three years now, and while the faces of the leasing office have changed somewhat frequently, they’ve always maintained an amazing level of professionalism. 9 times at 10 if I have an issue, it’s resolved within 24 to 48 hours of me bringing it to their attention. The units are nice and spacious, and I would say the rent is moderately priced for what you’re getting. I know there are a lot of other places in the area charging a lot more for less room

Forest Hills is a quiet and green community in a very bustling part of Wilmington. If you want a small town home feel in the middle of the city, FH couldn't be more perfect. Everything is conveniently close but you wouldn't know if you never left your home. My fur babies love our townhome and we can't wait to host friends and family in our new apartment home. I would like to particularly shout out Katrina and Malorie in the office. They have been absolutely wonderful since moving in.
