Looking for pet-friendly apartments in Wilmington, NC? Look no further than Forest Hills Apartments! As one of the few pet-friendly communities, we proudly allow cats and dogs here. Now your pet has the opportunity to relax by your side and enjoy the comforts of your apartment home.Our Pet Policy:
- Forest Hills Apartments allows dogs and cats
- We welcome pets upon approval, but our community has no breed or weight restrictions!
- Max of 2 pets per apartment home
Pet Fees
- $350 one-time non-refundable pet fee for 1 pet, an additional $100 one-time non-refundable pet fee for a 2nd pet.
- $25 per month per pet.
